The main line station in the town is ideal for those who do not drive or who wish to travel by train as you can hop on and off easily; London to Penzance without any fuss. A short stroll takes you to the best restaurants and pubs in town and also close to the river for those who want to try kayaking fishing or swimming. The golf course is only a 5 minute drive and there are great walks around Restormel Castle or the Lanhydrock Estate. Other attractions worth a look include The Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan Tall Ships at Charlestown Tate Gallery at St Ives and much more. Games room: with multi games table and dartboard. The accommodation is over four floors and consists of THREE bedrooms: on the second floor Master double with king-size bed en-suite shower room and WC and 1 further double. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open plan on the first floor with sofa flatscreen TV/DVD iPod dock/digital radio and French doors opening onto the balcony overlooking the River Fowey. Dining table and chairs. Well equipped kitchen area with electric oven and gas hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. On the ground floor further lounge area with TV Blu-ray selection of board games and French doors leading to patio area overlooking the River Fowey. Utility room: on first floor with washer/dryer and WC. Outside: paved patio with table and chairs and outlook over the river in front. Amenities: ample parking.
