It is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and an ideal base for exploring the many attractions of the beautiful South Hams. The small and quiet hamlet of Mendham is approximately 5 miles from the market town of Kingsbridge. Also close by is the historic naval town of Dartmouth bohemian town of Totnes and the sailing centre of Salcombe. Enjoy some lovely countryside walks directly from the property or venture further a field and explore the many villages and varied beaches on the South Coast. There are arrange of popular attractions within reach including historic Plymouth with the Hoe and Barbican lively Torbay and the stunning landscape of Dartmoor. In the evenings enjoy your meal at one of the local family pubs. Farm activities: feed the 3 resident alpacas by arrangement with the owner. The semi-detached accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the first floor 1 double with TV and 1 single. On the ground floor 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. On ground floor additional walk-in shower room with a WC. Lounge/diner: with TV/DVD. Kitchen: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Outside: terraced patio area and garden. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels under-floor heating electric and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Additional info: shared washing machine and tumble dryer in an adjacent utility room. Location: beach 8 miles garage/shop 3 miles and pub 2 miles.
