FABULOUS HOUSE ON INSTOW S FRONT WITH LOVELY RIVER VIEWS SLEEPS 6 2 In a very sought after location on the river front in Instow this large terraced house is a short walk to many amenities a few paces from sand dunes and pubs. The popular beach at Instow on the River Torridge is on your doorstep as is a selection of pubs and restaurants. The Tarka Trail can be accessed in less than 1 minute and is perfect for walkers with some lovely riverside views along the former railway line. Venture further afield and explore the many attractions North Devon has to offer including a range of surfing beaches Tapeley Park The Big Sheep National Trust Arlington Court The Oldenburg for day trips to Lundy Island and much more. In the evenings relax in the pleasant patio or enjoy village hospitality in the local pub. Seasonally take the passenger ferry across to the historic fishing village of Appledore which also offers a range of good pubs and restaurants. The accommodation is very spacious and is arranged over two floors which offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV which is accessed through the en-suite feature bathroom with roll top bath shower cubicle and WC 1 twin with lovely views and 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower cubicle and WC. Shower room: with WC. Separate WC. Lounge: with TV DVD and woodburner. Dining room. Farmhouse style kitchen: with cooker hob dishwasher washing machine fridge freezer and microwave. Stairs lead down to second lounge in basement with low ceiling: with TV and choice of games and sofa bed. Outside: enclosed small patio. Amenities: roadside parking or pay and display car park close by. Bed linen electric Wi-Fi and central heating included. 2 medium dogs (up to spaniel size) welcome larger breeds by arrangement. Location: beach shops and pubs all a short stroll. Arrival: 3pm.
