Bude boasts many attractions including 3 beautiful sandy beaches a free sea-filled swimming pool and access to miles of idyllic coastal path. The town centre also offers a good selection of shops pubs and restaurants plus many leisure facilities such as boating riding tennis and bowls. If you are able to coax yourself away from this beautiful property then a number of attractions can be enjoyed within easy driving distance and these include The Eden Project The Milky Way pretty Clovelly a number of traditional fishing villages including Boscastle King Arthur s Tintagel Padstow and numerous National Trust properties and gardens. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with en-suite shower room with WC 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 twin bedroom. Bathroom: with feature free-standing bath with shower attachment and WC. Lounge: lovely light room with TV/DVD woodburner sliding doors to decked balcony with seating and views across to the sea. Lounge/kitchen/diner: spacious open-plan living space with bi-folding doors to decked patio area and garden. Kitchen area is modern with integrated appliances including electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Washing machine located in garage/utility area. Outside: enclosed garden with lawn decked patio area garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: private off-road parking for 3 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included.
