Holsworthy has a weekly cattle and produce market a variety of shops and pubs golf course sports centre and indoor swimming pool with sauna. Just a short drive to the beach at Bude or just over 1 hour you will find the famous Eden Project The Lost Gardens of Heligan and much more. The spacious and stylish accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles both with en-suite bathrooms with shower over bath and WC. 1 single room with second pull-out bed. Shower room: downstairs with WC. Lounge: on first floor spacious room with lovely country views and TV/DVD. Kitchen/diner: on ground floor well-equipped with large range style electric oven fridge freezer dishwasher microwave wall mounted TV and large farmhouse table and chairs seating 6 comfortably. Leather sofas in this room make this the hub of the house. Utility room: with Belfast sink washing machine and ample storage. Outside: enclosed patio with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 9 miles pub 1 mile shops pubs and restaurants in Bideford 6 miles.
