Situated on the edge of Bideford which offers a wide range of shops pubs and restaurants. Explore the whole of North Devon with its rugged coastline sheltered coves and long sandy beaches as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include The Big Sheep The Milky Way Lundy Island which is reached by The Oldenburg from Bideford Quay historic Clovelly and much more. North Devon also offers a wide range of leisure facilities including golf riding swimming and walking on Exmoor. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: on the second floor 1 double with en-suite shower room with WC and 1 further double. Bathroom: with bath and WC. The rest of the accommodation is on the first floor and comprises of 1 single bedroom. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with wall mounted TV/DVD. Kitchen area well-equipped with cooker washing machine fridge and microwave. Outside: small seating area. Amenities: allocated parking for 1 car and roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach 2 miles pubs and shops all within a 15 minute walk.
