USE OF BBQ HUT AVAILABLE These delightful properties set within 3 acres with a gentle unfenced stream bordering the land make the perfect base for touring the area. Enjoy lovely walks along country lanes or to the village inn which is a 5 minutes stroll and offers a range of good food. There is much to see and do in the area the world famous designer outlet at Bicester Village is a 10 minutes drive The Cotswolds with its picturesque villages Warwick Castle Waddesdon Manor Blenheim Palace and numerous National Trust properties and Gardens Silverstone Henley for its Regatta Oxford with its spires and much more. Bicester Hotel Golf Club and Spa are only a short drive. Even a day trip to London is very accessible on the train. In the evenings enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn see the resident Alpacas in the adjoining field or enjoy a glass of wine in the attractive gardens. Outside: guests in both properties are invited to enjoy these generous shared enclosed gardens with pond and stream. Use of BBQ hut available. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Kennel facility available on site. Location: shop 2 miles pub short stroll. This cosy traditional thatched accommodation is approximately 300 years old and retains all its charm and character including exposed beams low cottage ceilings and low/narrow doorways. The cottage offers THREE bedrooms: set within the eaves at either ends of the cottage and via 2 separate staircases on one side is 1 double and on the other side is 1 double and 1 single day bed room. Shower room: wet-room style situated downstairs with WC. Lounge: with woodburner TV and DVD. Study area with wi-fi. Kitchen/diner: with Aga fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and microwave.
