Holidaying in Appledore allows you to relinquish reliance on the car with a regular bus service leading along the coast and to North Devon s hub towns. The traditional Victorian seaside village of Westward Ho! is easily reached and enjoys England s oldest golf course Royal North Devon that criss-crosses the Northam Burrows Country Park and is protected by the naturally occurring pebble ridge that runs the length of this 2 mile golden sandy beach. Within a short journey you can be within the rolling countryside that Devon is famed for and that is also littered with numerous National Trust properties RHS gardens and a wealth of family attractions all within easy reach. Or why not simply relax on the balcony and while away your evenings watching the fishing and pleasure boats drift up and down the estuary. Kitchen: newly fitted and enjoys integrated oven and hob fridge/freezer and microwave the washing machine is located in the garage. Outside: the property benefits from an enclosed balcony style patio area with garden seating and enjoys estuary views. Amenities: off-road parking within the garage available for 1 car further roadside parking usually available. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 medium size dogs welcome. Location: beach 2 miles shops pubs and restaurants all within walking distance. Arrival 3pm.
