The property has been furnished and equipped to a high standard with stylish soft furnishings colourful prints and lots of homely touches. This traditional fishing village offers much charm and nautical character and is just a short stroll from the property including shops galleries Maritime Museum and several family pubs. Much to see and do in the area including The Big Sheep and The Milky Way. Enjoy great surfing or swimming on the 2 miles of golden sands at Westward Ho! Other activities such as tennis riding and golf can also be enjoyed at this traditional seaside resort. The Tarka Trail beginning in Bideford (former railway line) offers safe cycling. In the evenings relax on the patio or enjoy a glass of wine and views from the open-plan living area. The contemporary accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: all with DAB radio and iPod dock. On the lower ground 1 master zip-and-link super-king (can be made into a twin on request) with 32 wall mounted TV/DVD and en-suite bath with shower over and WC. Doors lead out from the bedroom onto the enclosed patio area. At the entrance level (top floor) is 1 king-size and 1 bunk bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: situated on the middle floor with 40 smart TV/DVD Wi-Fi available DAB radio/iPod dock. Kitchen area is well-fitted and equipped with dishwasher fridge/freezer microwave electric oven and hob. Washer/dryer is situated in a lobby next to the en-suite bathroom. Outside: small entrance patio at the front and enclosed patio area at the rear with large teak table and 8 chairs. BBQ will be available in peak season. Secure bike rail on driveway. Amenities: parking for 1 car on adjacent driveway additional guest parking for 1 car and roadside parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking within the property. Regret no pets. Location: beach 2 miles shops and pubs all within walking distance.
