Perfectly located to explore the beautiful Vale of Aeron near to the National Trusts Llanerchaeron a short drive 4 miles and 7 miles from the pretty harbour town of Aberaeron with famous honey ice-cream boutique shops and restaurants and is situated on the Ceredigion coastal path which takes in beaches such as Llangrannog Cwmtydu and Penbryn. The beautiful waterfalls of Devils Bridge and the University town of Aberystwyth are 45 min drive. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with separate shower and WC. Lounge: seating area with TV DVD and woodburner. Kitchen/diner; well-equipped with electric oven and hob microwave fridge/freezer washing machine and TV with dining table in bay window. Outside: patio area with seating to the front of the property. Amenities: parking for several cars owner lives adjacent to the property. Bed linen towels electric logs and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no smoking in the property. Regret no pets. Location: pub shops 3 miles in Felinfach and shops restaurants and beach a short drive 7 miles Aberaeron. Arrival: 3.30 pm.
