1 OF 3 BEAUTIFULLY PRESENTED COTTAGES JUST 7 MILES FROM WOOLACOMBE These pretty cottages nestle in an idyllic setting on a 19 acre non-working farm. Beautifully rural but just off the B3230 this is the perfect location from which to explore sheltered coves and long sandy surfing beaches the area is famed for. Within a short drive of Croyde Saunton and Woolacombe there is much to see and do in the immediate area. The coastal villages and towns of Ifracombe Lynton and Lynmouth are also well worth a visit with their harbours to explore and fishing trips to enjoy. The regional town of Barnstaple is also close by and has a range of leisure facilities including swimming pool tennis theatre and cinema. Other attractions in the area include the National Trust s Arlington Court Broomhill Arts and Sculpture Gardens Marwood Hill Gardens Combe Martin Wildlife and Dinosaur Park Watermouth Castle and Exmoor famed for its beauty and wildlife. Outside: use of shared lawn with garden games enclosed lakeside setting (please ensure children supervised in this area) with picnic benches and large field to the rear of the property perfect for an easy stroll. Amenities: designated private off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking inside the property. Location: beach 5 miles pub 4 miles supermarket 3 miles and selection of pubs shops and restaurants in Barnstaple 8 miles. Arrival: 4pm. Attached farm property offering THREE bedrooms: 1 master king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC 1 further double with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and WC and 1 pretty bunk bedroom with feature original fireplace (non-working). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge: spacious living area with TV. Dining room: lovely space for enjoying family meals together with woodburner. Kitchen/diner: with AGA electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. Outside: private enclosed patio area with garden furniture and BBQ.
