On the border it is ideally located to take advantage of all that Cornwall and Devon have to offer. One of Cornwall s finest surfing beaches with dramatic coastal walks is nearby. Fishing ports and coves wait to be explored including Padstow Port Isaac and Boscastle to name but a few. Plenty of fun parks for children or like minded adults. Have a go at surfing horse riding or biking all activities catered for locally. Unspoilt inland countryside offers woodlands lakes moors and rivers. Many fine country houses and gardens can easily be reached such as Eden Heligan and Rosemoor. There are many good local pubs and restaurants catering for adults and children. Off the lounge area is a small pool table and table football. Kitchen/diner: large and includes cooker fridge/freezer and microwave. Dining area with widescreen TV and PlayStation2. Utility room: with separate WC and dishwasher washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: private garden with seating BBQ and play equipment. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen electric and night storage heating included. Logs supplied locally at cost. Towels for hire. Regret no smoking or pets.
