The beach has excellent facilities and offers a superb spot for keen surfers or body boarders. Lots to see and do nearby with spectacular scenery along the coastal footpaths that lead down the coast towards the famous cliffside village of Clovelly or join in the various children s activities organised (seasonal) by the Northam Burrows Country Park. Play a round of golf on the oldest links course in the country at the Royal North Devon Golf Club or wander along the promenade with an ice cream and enjoy the sea air. All in all the property offers an ideal holiday location with every amenity close to hand. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size double with washbasin 1 twin with room for a travel cot 1 small twin bedroom. Bathroom: bath with shower over. Separate WC. Lounge: large with TV/DVD and selection of videos books games and puzzles. Kitchen/diner: with gas range-style oven with gas hob fridge/freezer washer/dryer dishwasher microwave hi-fi and many useful extras. 1 step up into conservatory with seating and french doors leading to outside enclosed area and also offers a separate WC. Outside: small enclosed gravelled area with seating BBQ rear pedestrian access and the added advantage of an outdoor shower good for washing off sandy toes! Amenities: nearby roadside parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach shops and pubs all within walking distance. Arrival: 3pm.
