Situated a few minutes drive from the nearby village of Wembury the properties are perfectly positioned for offering the best of both worlds. With fantastic coastal walks from Wembury Beach along the South West Coast Path to the former HMS Cambridge you ll see an array of wildlife and spectacular sea views. Wembury Marine Centre is a great place to learn about the wildlife in the area and offers regular rockpool rambles. Further afield is the village of Newton Ferrers with its vibrant harbour you can enjoy a drink and watch the boats sail by. There are also a wealth of trips and activities nearby including National Trust properties Woodlands Adventure Park and the historic Burgh Island reached via the sea tractor when the tide is in. Bathroom: with separate shower and WC on the ground floor. Downstairs shower room and WC. Lounge: large with open fire flatscreen TV and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer microwave and dishwasher. Utility room: with washing machine tumble dryer leading to the downstairs shower room. Outside: patio area with views of the valley garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: regret no dogs. Additional info: a refundable security deposit of 100 applies and is payable direct to the owner two weeks prior to your holiday.
