DETACHED COTTAGE IN AN IDYLLIC LOCATION ON DARTMOOR NATIONAL PARK This cottage stands in its own natural grounds with a small stream in a most beautiful part of the Dartmoor National Park close to the West Dart River (where you can swim) the open unspoilt moors and the local pub. An idyllic spot for walking fishing riding or letterboxing yet central to Plymouth Torbay and the South Devon coast. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double 1 twin and 1 single. Bathroom: with bath shower and WC. Separate downstairs WC. Lounge/diner: with TV Freeview DVD and open fire. Kitchen: with cooker washer/dryer fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Small conservatory off kitchen with seating. Outside: private garden with stream garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: garage. Bed linen included. Electric and central heating are by meter reading. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: pub 4 miles shop 6 miles riding 3 miles golf 11 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
