1 OF 2 SPACIOUS WELL RENOVATED HOUSES WITH LOVELY VIEWS OVER COUNTRYSIDE TO OCEAN Set along the coastal road between Watergate Bay and Mawgan Porth this handsome pair of semi-detached houses stand on the crest of a hill looking towards the coast path and the sea. Built in the 1930 s but now re-designed and renovated to a superb standard for modern living both houses are virtual mirror images of each other providing spacious well planned accommodation for year round comfort. Approximately 1 mile equi-distant from two of Cornwall s most spectacular beaches a world of golden sand rolling surf and scenic cliff walks awaits those who long for freedom and the great outdoors. Also close by the busy little village of St Mawgan and its Japanese Garden is well worth a visit Merlins Golf Club and driving range is nearby and the championship golf course at Trevose will provide a challenging day out for any golfer. When eating out you will be spoilt for choice with nearby eating places including an inn located a short stroll along the road Jamie Oliver s 15 restaurant down in Watergate Bay or cafes shops and beachside pub down the other side of the hill in Mawgan Porth. 6 miles from Newquay and 9 miles from Padstow there is much to explore. Outside: each property has its own generous enclosed garden ideal for children to play and adults to enjoy countryside and sea views with garden furniture and BBQ area (guests are welcome to bring disposable BBQs). On the ground floor 1 further twin room (zip-and-link) which can be a double on request. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC on the first floor. Small shower room with WC on the ground floor. Lounge: with leather seating woodburner flatscreen TV and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: with oak units well-equipped with cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine microwave woodburner and TV/DVD. Amenities: parking for 4 cars.
