The spacious accommodation has THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower over bath and heated towel rail and french doors to a private patio and garden 1 twin room with TV and DVD which leads out to decking and into the gardens and 1 further twin. Bathroom: large tiled with bath shower heated towel rail and WC. Lounge: large with comfortable seating feature fireplace with electric fire TV and Freeview. Kitchen: modern with cooker fridge microwave washer/dryer and dishwasher. Outside: large garden with decking countryside views with seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen electric and heating included. Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: short breaks welcome off-peak. Location: beach 2.5 miles pub 1 mile local shop in St Mawgan 1 mile. Arrival: 4pm.
