150 ACRES CATTLE This recently refurbished and equipped detached former farmhouse is ideally situated for exploring the whole of Cornwall with beaches and sheltered coves to the north and south. The spacious property is within easy reach of many attractions to suit all tastes which include The Eden Project, Tamar Otter Park and Wildwood and Launceston Steam Railway. Closer to home is the Trethorne Leisure Park and Golf Club (2 miles) and the Camel Trail which is within easy reach from the property. In the evenings visit the centre of Launceston with its shops, pubs and restaurants or enjoy walking the 150 acre farmland with cattle and woodlands. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC, 1 twin and 1 bunk bedroom (adult bunks). Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: with feature fireplace with wood burner, TV, DVD and video. Dining room: separate. Kitchen/diner: traditional farmhouse style with slate floor, range cooker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Utility room: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large gardens with BBQ and seating. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. 1 dog by arrangement. Location: beach 12 miles, pub and shop 1-2 miles.
