SPACIOUS DETACHED BARN CONVERSION WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS, SLEEPS 6 + COT Approached via a quiet road, this spacious detached barn has recently been converted to a high standard and offers spectacular views over the fields and beyond. The open-plan living area is situated on the ground floor with access into a large private garden. With wooden flooring and exposed beams this property makes the perfect retreat for those wanting to tour the whole of West Cornwall. There are many popular attractions in the area such as the Eden Project, The Tate Gallery, Trevarno Gardens and Museum and The National Seal Sanctuary, to name but a few. Alternatively you can enjoy exploring some wonderful local beaches or the well known coastal walks offering spectacular views. In the evenings, enjoy a BBQ in the private garden or visit one of many local pubs serving good food. The accommodation which is extremely spacious offers THREE bedrooms: all situated on the ground floor, 1 spacious double with en-suite walk-in shower, WC and heated towel rail with separate cot room off. 1 further double room and 1 twin. Bathroom: large with roll top bath and telephone mixer taps and WC. Lounge: upstairs offers a spacious living room with TV, DVD, wood burner and comfortable seating. Kitchen/diner: downstairs with exposed beams and well-equipped with dishwasher, fridge/freezer and large range master cooker along with large dining table, comfortable seating area and TV. French doors leading onto the garden. Utility room: separate with microwave, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large rear private garden with patio, outside seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, electric and central heating included. Under floor heating throughout for the colder months. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 dog welcome. Location: beach 5 miles, shops and pubs 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
