SPACIOUS DETACHED BARN CONVERSION WITH SPECTACULAR VIEWS SLEEPS 6 COT Approached via a quiet road this spacious detached barn has recently been converted to a high standard and offers spectacular views over the fields and beyond. The open-plan living area is situated on the ground floor with access into the garden. With wooden flooring and exposed beams this property makes the perfect retreat for those wanting to tour the whole of West Cornwall. There are many popular attractions in the area such as the The Eden Project The Tate Gallery and The National Seal Sanctuary to name but a few. Alternatively you can enjoy exploring some wonderful local beaches or the well known coastal walks offering spectacular views. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ in the garden or visit one of many local pubs serving good food. The accommodation which is extremely spacious offers THREE bedrooms: all situated on the ground floor 1 spacious double with TV en-suite walk-in shower WC and heated towel rail with separate cot room off bedroom. 1 further double room and 1 twin. Bathroom: large with roll-top bath and telephone mixer taps heated towel rail and WC. Lounge/games room: upstairs offers a spacious living room with 40 LCD TV DVD woodburner comfortable seating and table football. Kitchen/lounge/diner: downstairs with exposed beams and well-equipped with dishwasher fridge and large rangemaster cooker along with large dining table comfortable seating area and TV. French doors leading onto the garden. Utility room: separate with microwave freezer washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large rear garden with patio outside seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric central heating and wi-fi included. Underfloor heating throughout for the colder months. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach at Porthleven 5 miles shops and pubs 2 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
