LOVELY STONE COTTAGE WITH LARGE GARDEN This traditional stone terraced cottage has been refurbished to a high standard throughout situated in the picturesque market town of Helmsley with a large enclosed garden. Superbly presented the cottage has 21st century luxuries whilst retaining its original charm. Steeped in history the charming market town of Helmsley is built around a large market square incorporating Tudor Elizabethan and Georgian architecture and boasts an eclectic mix of pubs restaurants antique shops boutiques a spa an award winning delicatessen and tearooms to name but a few. To the north is Duncombe Park where guests can enjoy the remarkable landscaped garden surrounding parkland and International Centre of Birds of Prey. The prestigious Ampleforth College is close by. The surrounding area offers a wealth of attractions including market towns at Kirkbymoorside and Malton stately homes at Castle Howard and Nunnington Hall shooting estates abbey ruins at Rievaulx and family fun at Flamingo Land. The spectacular scenery of the North Yorkshire Moors can be enjoyed aboard the famous steam train which runs from Pickering (13 miles) to the ancient fishing port of Whitby. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite bathroom with shower over and 1 further double with 1 twin with games area on the second floor. Bathroom: a large wet room with WC. Separate WC downstairs. Lounge: spacious with flatscreen TV and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: has been well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge/freezer dishwasher and microwave. Utility: with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: large enclosed patio garden with a further large enclosed garden seating and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking for 3 cars on the private gated driveway. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach within an hour s drive shop and pub a short walk away.
