AN EXCELLENT COASTAL LOCATION OVERLOOKING THE GOLDEN SANDS OF HAYLE With panoramic views across the 2 miles of spectacular golden sands of Hayle and across the bay to St Ives, this refurbished bungalow is a real treasure nestling on cliffs of the north Cornish coast. At the end of the enclosed garden the South West coastal path follows a scenic route across cliffs to Godrevy Point or stroll down to Hayle sands (just a few hundred yards) with its surf school and long stretch of safe beach. Dogs are welcome all year round on the beach just a few hundred yards from Villa Surfside. St Ives, with its galleries, restaurants and picturesque harbour is easily accessible by a pretty coastal railway or bus route if you'd prefer not to take the car. Touring some of the most spectacular sites of Cornwall is made easy from Surfside. From Lands End to Penzance, down to the Lizard Peninsular you will find a range of ancient stone circles, disused tin mines, excellent attractions for the family and breathtaking beaches and coves. The Buff Hotel, with a bar and restaurant, is a short stroll and a shop is also within walking distance. For more shops, restaurants, pubs and cinema, Penzance is just 4 miles away. The accommodation is set on one floor and offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin with 2'6'' beds. Bathroom: family size with bath, shower and heated towel rail. Separate WC. Lounge: magnificent with a large window area that takes advantage of the views over the garden to the golden sands just a few hundred yards away. A TV, freesat, DVD and coal effect gas fire is also situated in the lounge. Kitchen/diner: reached from the lounge, well-equipped with electric cooker, ornamental Aga, microwave, fridge, freezer and dishwasher. Utility area: has a washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: patio area with seating, BBQ, small summerhouse with seating and enclosed lawn. From the garden, panoramic views across the bay to St Ives, can be enjoyed over a glass of wine. Amenities: private parking for 3 cars. Bed linen, towels and central heating included. 2 well-behaved dogs welcome. Location: pub, shop and beach are all within a short stroll.
