A CHOCOLATE BOX COTTAGE IN A PLEASANT VILLAGE IN THE HEART OF THE COTSWOLDS This property is a spacious sympathetically restored Grade II listed 17th century thatched cottage in the village of Bretforton. Enjoy strolling around the village which has a local shop and the famous Fleece Inn. You are a few miles from picturesque Willersey with its duck pond and The Bell Inn. Broadway is 3 miles away and offers a choice of specialist shops butchers deli bakers and Post Office for everyday shopping needs and various tea shops and restaurants. The larger village of Chipping Campden is 4 miles away and the town of Evesham 3 miles. There is a main line station at nearby Honeybourne. There are many attractions close by including: Malmesbury Abbey Longleat Safari Park Gloucestershire and Warwickshire Steam Railway Birdland Model Village Sudeley Castle Motor Heritage Museum National Waterways Museum numerous National Trust properties and gardens and much more. The spacious accommodation retains all its original charm with low exposed beams low doorways and wood floors and offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles situated upstairs and 1 twin with en-suite shower room and WC situated downstairs. Bathroom: with mixer shower over bath and WC. Separate WC upstairs. Lounge: with TV DVD and gas fire. Kitchen: well-equipped with TV breakfast eating area cooker dishwasher fridge/freezer washing machine tumble dryer and microwave. Dining room: separate. Outside: enclosed garden with seating. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen electric central heating towels and wi-fi included. 2 dogs welcome. Location: shop 1.5 miles pub within walking distance. Arrival 3pm.
