It is located in a unique position allowing complete tranquillity and yet the coast and Bude itself is only 1.5 miles away. The accommodation has been converted from an old stable dating back 110 years in a secluded position on the complex, bursting with character. An ideal base for families as it is only a short distance away from Bude, which boasts 4 beaches, a selection of restaurants, pubs and shops. You will be perfectly positioned for touring the whole of Cornwall and North Devon with a variety of the finest beaches, cliff-top walks and many more attractions to suit all tastes. Leisure facilities: communal indoor heated swimming pool open from February half term up until first week in November, also available over the Christmas and New Year weeks from 9am - 7pm. Games room: with table tennis and pool table. This accommodation is furnished to a good standard offering THREE bedrooms: 1 double with TV/DVD and 1 twin bedroom with TV/DVD and Playstation1, on the first floor. On the ground floor a further twin bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over the bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with wood burner effect electric fire, 37" flat screen TV, Freeview, DVD, video, hi-fi and Nintendo Games Cube with games and a variety of children's videos and games. Kitchen: with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. Shared utility: communal laundry facilities on site with washing machines and dryers with an honesty box system. Outside: enclosed patio area with seating and BBQ. Amenities: 1 allocated parking space a stone’s throw away from the cottage and further off-road parking in the car park 100 yards away. Bed linen, electric, central heating and Wi-Fi included. Towels for hire but tea towel and hand towel included. Regret no smoking within the property. 2 dogs welcome. Additional info: pushchair also available. Location: beach, shops and pubs all within 1.5 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
