The popular seaside resort of Bude is 2.5 miles away or closer to home is the picturesque village of Stratton with some lovely family pubs. The fully double-glazed accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 2 doubles and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower attachment and WC. Lounge: comfortable with TV with Freeview DVD and video. Kitchen/diner: upstairs with TV cooker fridge/freezer dishwasher microwave and washing machine. Outside: free roam of the owners half acre enclosed garden with swing/slide and climbing frame wooden garden table and chairs. Amenities: ample off-road parking. Bed linen and electric included. Heated by night storage and panel heaters. Regret no pets and no smoking. Location: beach 3 miles pubs and shops 1 mile.
