The cottage is an excellent spot for walking biking fishing canoeing and exploring Royal Deeside and the Cairngorms National Park with its castles nature and pretty villages. Aberdeen is 30 miles away with all the facilities of a major city including museums art gallery and beach. The accommodation offers THREE bedrooms: 1 ground floor twin with en-suite shower room first floor 1 double and 1 further twin. Bathroom: with bath. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with wood-burning stove electric oven fridge dishwasher washing machine dryer microwave Freeview TV DVD and CD player. Utility room. Outside: enclosed garden.
