The golden sandy beaches of Pentewan and Gorran Haven are 3 miles away in either direction and they also have a selection of eateries and shops to entertain. Situated less than 2 miles from the Lost Gardens of Heligan and approximately 8 miles from The Eden Project. Truro the cultural capital of Cornwall is 20 minutes drive offering the Hall for Cornwall Theatre cinema a wealth of restaurants and various cuisines together with a vast array of shopping from boutique to department style stores it offers something for even the most demanding of tourist. If you fancy staying closer to home why not while away your day exploring the pretty village or hop on a ferry to Fowey (weather dependant).
