The market town of Totnes is close by as are many family beaches of the South Hams including the English Riviera Kents Caverns Plymouth Marine Aquarium Dartmoor and Exeter. Play facilities: swings. The accommodation is approached via stairs and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 double and 2 singles. Shower room: and separate WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with electric effect fire TV and DVD. Well-equipped kitchen area with cooker fridge with ice box and microwave. Utility room: shared with the owners with use of washing machine tumble dryer and freezer. Outside: large enclosed garden with patio and BBQ. Amenities: off-road parking. Bed linen hand towels (bath towels on request) and electric included. Timed central heating included extra payable to owner. No smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach 6 miles shop and pub 1 mile.
