1 OF 2 SCANDINAVIAN STYLE PINE LODGE WITH VIEWS OVER BODMIN MOOR AND FISHING Perfectly placed for peace and quiet, one of two lodges offering cosy accommodation all year round. This 180 acre beef farm is away from traffic noise, giving you the pleasure of listening to natures sounds, birds song or just a pony munching grass in the meadow. From your door, take a stroll down to the lake where you can relax and unwind in its tranquil setting or try your hand at coarse fishing. An ideal base for touring the North and South coast’s with long sandy beaches and sheltered coves, spectacular cliffs at Tintagel Head and Boscastle Harbour. Being just off the A30, you have access to many of Cornwall’s attractions including Trethorne Golf and Leisure Farm, Launceston Steam Railway, The Eden Project, National Trust Lanhydrock House and gardens, Camel Trail cycle path to Padstow and much more. Play facilities: children's play area within the enclosed communal lawn garden. The lodge accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: upstairs 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: downstairs with shower over spa bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: downstairs and open-plan with TV, DVD and wood burner effect electric fire, the well-equipped kitchen has cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside: lovely veranda with seating to enjoy surrounding views. Amenities: ample off-road parking next to lodge. Bed linen, towels, electric and night storage heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 dog welcome, second by arrangement. Location: coast 11 miles, pub/restaurant 3 miles and shops 7 miles.
