Enjoy some of Cornwall's finest beaches, from a range of long sandy surfing and sheltered coves all within a walk or short drive. The Lizard is steeped in maritime and smuggling history and has one of the best climates in England. From the property, enjoy some excellent pubs and restaurants in the village as well as shops and other leisure facilities including excellent coastal and cliff-top walks. An ideal base for touring the whole area with attractions to suit most tastes close by including Lands End, The Minack Theatre, National Seal Sanctuary, Goonhilly Earth Station, Flambards Theme Park, Tate Gallery at St Ives and The Eden Project. Leisure facilities: skippered sailing trips available, please book directly with the owner. Outside: small seating area. Amenities: shared off-road parking. Roadside parking is also available. Bed linen, towels, electric and electric heating included. Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking within the properties. Location: beach 0.5 of a mile, pubs and shops all a 5 minute stroll. Arrival 3.30pm.A semi-detached cottage next to the main house and offers TWO bedrooms: 1super king-size with zip-and-link which can be a twin on request and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC situated downstairs. Lounge: with flatcreen TV and DVD. Dining room: with table and chairs. Kitchen: with electric cooker, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine and microwave. Outside: enclosed courtyard with BBQ and seating. Amenities: parking for 2 cars,1 behind each other. Regret no cot or highchair. Up to 2 well behaved dogs welcome.
