There are many all year round attractions close by including Exmoor National Park National Trust Arlington Court many Blue Flag beaches ideal for bathing or surfing and Watermouth Castle to name but a few. If you wanted to stay closer to home you will be a 2 minute walk to the harbour and within walking distance to all of Ilfracombe s amenities cafes and some lovely places to eat including the restaurant that is owned by the artist Damien Hirst. The accommodation is on the third floor accessed via a lift and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and WC with views across town and 1 twin with sea views. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with TV Freeview DVD and hi-fi. Kitchen area with cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher and washing machine. Mezzanine level over lounge area approached via paddle staircase with low ceilings and additional seating. Outside: french doors leading to balcony area with spectacular panoramic sea views and garden furniture. Amenities: restricted roadside parking between mid-March to October. Parking permit for nearby car park is provided upon request. Bed linen towels electric central heating and Wi-Fi connection included. Regret no smoking inside the property. Regret no pets. Additional info: babes in arms welcome however regret no children under the age of 5. Location: beach harbour pubs and shops all walking distance.
