Perfectly located for access onto the South West Coast Path which offers spectacular walking in either direction or the wetlands bird sanctuary and nature reserve alongside the canal. Bude has much to offer with its excellent golf course leisure centre tennis courts the summer jazz festival and traditional carnival. Spend days strolling along the beaches swimming in the sea pool boating on the canal or wandering around the many popular shops and galleries. Why not visit one of the many National Trust properties and gardens The Eden Project Clovelly Boscastle Rock and Padstow. The property is situated close to coast paths and bus services.
