The nearby village of Bradworthy has shops pub and a garage. The property is close to some of the most spectacular coastline in the UK offering breath-taking scenery unspoilt beaches and stunning coastal path walks. There are many attractions worth a visit including The Big Sheep The Milky Way Clovelly with its cobbled street leading down to the sea walking and watersports at Tamar Lakes Bude Splashpool Dartington Crystal and beautiful gardens at RHS Rosemoor. You will be ideally placed for exploring both the north coasts of Devon and Cornwall which have a choice of popular sandy surfing beaches and sheltered coves. Leisure facilities: shared solar-heated outdoor swimming pool in its own enclosed patio area available from May to September. Shared utility room: coin operated washing machine and tumble dryer and use of communal freezer. Outside: there is an ever changing sculpture garden and hidden corners to explore and enjoy. Shared BBQ area. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric electric heating and Wi-Fi included. Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Additional info: Due to the nature of the properties remote location the Wi-Fi can be limited. Location: beach at Sandymouth 7 miles pub and shop approximately 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm. The accommodation is arranged on the first-floor and offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: bath with shower over and WC. Lounge: large with TV DVD CD player and flame effect gas fire. Kitchen/diner with cooker fridge dishwasher and microwave.
