Situated in the tranquil South Hams close to Salcombe and Kingsbridge this delightful end terraced cottage is 1 of 20 holiday cottages which nestle within the private estate. An ideal position for touring South Devon there are a wealth of attractions within a short drive including historic Plymouth with its Hoe Barbican and National Marine Aquarium numerous National Trust properties rustic Dartmoor with its scenery and wildlife River Dart Country Park and The English Riviera. Enjoy a choice of beaches both long and sandy as well as sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages to explore. After a busy day enjoy a BBQ in your own patio garden. Leisure facilities: many shared and free of charge facilities including indoor and outdoor swimming pool (seasonal) all weather tennis court gym fishing games room children s outside play area and large shared gardens. The accommodation is approached via a long private driveway and is surrounded by lawns and woodland offering TWO bedrooms: 1 small double and 1 single with a pull out single to make a double. Bathroom: with mixer shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: with TV DVD hi-fi with iPod connection and electric fire. Kitchen: step up to the well-equipped area with cooker dishwasher fridge/freezer and microwave. Outside: private patio garden with seating and enjoy the shared grounds. Amenities: allocated parking space and visitor parking. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Wi-fi available. Regret no pets. Additional info: shared coin operated laundry room. Sleeps 3 1. Location: beach 7 miles shop/garage/pub 10 minute walk. Arrival: 3pm.
