The village of St Breward a short distance away has a post office church general store and pub known locally for its good food. Palmers Longhouse offers an ideal holiday destination with easy access to the North Cornish coast with its surfing beaches and ancient heritage. The property is ideal for walkers who have use of 18 acres of private woodland. Visit Tintagel Castle and the historic fishing village of Boscastle and Port Isaac. Alternatively trek across Bodmin Moor to the high points of Roughtor and Brown Willy. A little further afield is the bustling harbour town of Padstow (renowned for the celebrity chef Rick Stein) the lost Gardens of Heligan and the Eden Project and ideal for walkers with direct public footpath to the moors. Farm activities: meet and feed the friendly pygmy goats and horses This tastefully renovated barn conversion offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious triple comprising of 1 double and 1 single bed with a further master double with en-suite and WC which is accessed through the triple bedroom. Both bedrooms offer ample space and 1 of which was designed for easy wheelchair accessibility. Shower room: wet room style with WC. The communal areas have been designed to be a social area. Lounge/diner: overlooked by the galleried kitchen with TV DVD and ample seating both around the TV and dining table. Kitchen: offers electric cooker with hob microwave washing machine and dishwasher. Outside: private enclosed garden provides space for outdoor eating children to play safely and extensive moorland views. Amenities: bed linen electric and central heating included.
