It ajoins the owner s property and is situated in a beautiful rural setting which overlooks part of the River Yeo. Surrounded by acres of countryside where guests are free to roam at their leisure. Exmoor National Park for walkers is on your doorstep just a 20 minute drive away. The traditional market towns of South Molton and Barnstaple are only a short drive and offer shops restaurants and pubs. Games Barn: set over 3 floors with table tennis snooker table darts drum kits and board games. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: open-plan with TV DVD and large woodburner (1st basket of logs included). Kitchen: with electric oven fridge microwave and dishwasher. Outside: enclosed garden with seating. Amenities: 2 dogs welcome. Wi-fi included. Additional info: guest hamper on arrival.
