The historic fishing village of Polperro is only about a mile away and can be reached by walking over the owner's land and down a country lane, which is a breathtaking walk, or alternatively a short drive will bring you into the village. Theres lots to do in this friendly village, which offers quaint pubs, good restaurants and cafes serving locally caught seafood, and a variety of stores including art galleries and gift shops. It also offers many tourist attractions including the Smuggling Museum and Model Village, along with a wealth of historic sites. Outside: communal lawn area with picnic tables and room to kick a ball at the front. Amenities: all the properties have ample off-road parking. Bed linen, towels, electric, central heating included. Wi-Fi available. Regret no smoking or pets. Location: beach, pub and shop 1 mile. This new, reverse level, barn conversion offers spacious accommodation with TWO bedrooms: situated downstairs, 1 king-size double with TV, en-suite shower room and WC. 1 twin room with wall mounted TV. Futon bed available if required. Bathroom: with spa bath, shower attachment, WC and heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner: situated upstairs, with wood burner and TV/DVD. Kitchen area is well-equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, electric cooker, hob, microwave and many useful extras. Outside: small but sunny area at the rear of the barns with seating.
