A short drive from the A30 that links east and west Cornwall means that the property is an ideal base to tour the whole of the county from the rugged beauty of Lands End to the popular tourist destination of Newquay and Truro. The spacious accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open plan with slate flooring feature stone fireplace with electric effect woodburner TV/DVD and Wi-Fi. Kitchen area: fully fitted with dishwasher microwave and washer/dryer fridge freezer electric oven and hob. Outside: Use of communal lawns with garden furniture.
