TRADITIONAL CORNISH GRANITE BARN RENOVATED TO A HIGH STANDARD REGRET NO BABIES AND REGRET NO CHILDREN UNDER 7 YEARS A traditional Cornish granite barn conversion renovated and furnished to a high standard and is full of character with beautiful exposed granite features. Set in the picturesque Cornish countryside surrounded by meadows and a nearby stream the property is perfect for couples who are looking to get away for a relaxing break and take advantage of its spacious and comfortable accommodation. The Eden Project is 3 miles away and other attractions such as the Tall Ships at Charlestown and National Trust properties including Lanhydrock Cothele and Trerice. The sandy beach of Fowey is within 7 miles and several other beaches and fishing villages on the south coast are all within easy reach and well worth a visit. In the evenings enjoy a BBQ on the patio or eat out at the local pubs. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 large king-size master bedroom with stable door leading to granite steps down to the garden and 1 small single room (off the double). Both on the first floor. Bathroom: also on the first floor with roll top bath heated towel rail separate shower WC and hardwood flooring. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan and situated downstairs with TV DVD feature real-flame fire and comfortable sofas. Well-equipped kitchen with a gas cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washing machine antique pine table and chairs. Outside: steps lead down to its own grassed area which leads on to a wild meadow and stream. Amenities: parking for 2 cars. Bed linen bathrobes towels and central heating included. Regret no babies or children under the age of 7 years.Regret no smoking. Regret no pets. Location: beach 5 miles shops in Lostwithiel 3 miles pub 1 mile (easy walk) riding stables and the Saints Way are nearby.
