A COMFORTABLE TRADITIONAL COTTAGE LOCATED ON AN EQUESTRIAN SMALLHOLDING. This spacious cottage surrounded by the owners horses is perfect for families who want to be central to the many attractions that Pembrokeshire has to offer. The cottage is adjoining the owner s annex (where a warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured). Ideally situated and in close proximity to Oakwood theme park Blue Lagoon or Heatherton Sports & Leisure Park along with various beaches all within a short drive. The pretty boutique shopping town of Narberth is 3 miles away not forgetting the pretty seaside harbour town of Tenby which is 12 miles. Saundersfoot is 11 miles with beautiful sandy beaches and the Pembrokeshire National Park stretches in both directions or why not explore the local castle ruins at Llawhaden. The comfortable accommodation has TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Additional downstairs WC. Lounge: seating area with TV DVD and woodburner. Kitchen: with electric cooker microwave washing machine and fridge. Dining room: table chairs piano and secluded freezer. Outside: enclosed patio area with seating and use of the larger lawn area to rear of property. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating Wi-fi and logs included. Regret no smoking in the property. 2 dogs welcome. Location: beach 6 miles at Saundersfoot pub shops and restaurants a short drive in Narberth 3 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
