Located in a quiet area on the family farm guests can enjoy the peaceful countryside great for enjoying walks and cycling. Ideally located for visiting the whole of South Cornwall the South coast is just a 15 minute drive offering sandy beaches at Whitsand Bay and the fishing villages of Looe Polperro Fowey and Mevagissey. Enjoy a boat trip along the coast take a walk on the South West Coast Path. Local attractions include go-karting at nearby Kartworld The Eden Project The Monkey Sanctuary and many gardens including Lanhydrock House Cotehele House Mount Edgcumbe Restormel Castle and The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Leisure activities in the area include golf horse riding and fishing. In the evenings take a walk to the nearby pub or enjoy a BBQ in the garden enjoying the peace and quiet. The bright and contemporary cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 single with pull-out bed suitable for a child. Bathroom: with shower over bath heated towel rail and WC. Lounge: on the ground floor with TV Freeview DVD hi-fi and electric fire. Kitchen/diner: well-equipped with electric oven and hob fridge with ice box dishwasher washing machine microwave and hi-fi. Utility: small area ideal for storing boots and coats Outside: enclosed lawn garden surrounding the property with patio area garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and towels included. Electric first 30 included. Electric storage heaters (not central heating). Regret no smoking or pets. Additional info: storage for bikes. Location: beach 7 miles shop post office and pub within 1 mile.
