Enjoying a central location Tregada Barn allows easy access for both the North and South coasts, from the popular destinations of Bude, Newquay, Tintagel and Boscastle in the North to some of Cornwall�s most spectacular areas and hidden gems on the South coast. Or simply enjoy relaxing and unwinding in the large enclosed terraced garden and take in the vast valley views. This stunning accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: located on the first floor reached via a traditional slate spiral staircase, 1 spacious master double with TV/DVD/Freeview and valley views and 1 zip-and-link twin with TV, can be a double on request. Bathroom: with shower, WC and heated towel rail. Lounge/diner: as you enter the barn this spacious room offers ample seating around the feature fireplace and flat screen TV with DVD and Freeview. Kitchen: well-equipped and reached via 3 steps from the dining area with fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, combination oven and microwave, hob with extractor hood and tumble dryer. Outside: enclosed spacious terraced garden enjoys lawn and patio area with garden furniture and BBQ. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
