DETACHED BARN CONVERSION SITUATED ON A 350 ACRE FARM Nestled in peaceful countryside situated down a short tarmac lane the barn offers a wealth of home comforts to help you to relax and unwind. Situated on a working beef farm it is a great base to explore Devon and Cornwall. There are countryside walks on your doorstep and within a short drive you reach the nearby sandy beaches of Bude and Widemouth Bay as well as attractions to suit all tastes which include Tamar Otter Park Launceston Steam Railway Bude Canal and Splashpool Roadford Reservoir The Eden Project and Trethorne Leisure Farm to name but a few. Or if you prefer to shop Exeter with its many high street brands and its stunning cathedral are a 45 minutes drive away. Then in the evening relax in the enclosed patio and garden with a BBQ or visit one of many local family pubs. The accommodation has been furnished to a good standard and retains original charm open beams and offers TWO bedrooms: with fitted furniture 1 galleried twin and 1 double downstairs. Shower room: fully-tiled with WC shaver point and a large heated towel rail. Lounge/kitchen/diner: lounge area with 32 flatscreen TV with Freeview DVD and hi-fi. Pine kitchen with built-in oven electric hob dishwasher fridge separate freezer washing machine microwave and extras such as food processor and coffee maker. Outside: enclosed patio and garden with BBQ. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels and electric central heating and Wi-Fi included. 2 small dogs or 1 large dog welcome. Additional info: complimentary tea coffee and milk provided on arrival. Open all year round. Location: beach 20 miles pub and shop 3 miles. Arrival: 4pm.
