SLEEPS 2 2 This detached converted barn offers a high standard of accommodation and is nestled in the peaceful countryside making it an ideal place to relax and get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. There are a wealth of breathtaking coastlines just a short drive away (by road the popular coastal town of Bude being 13 miles from the property) as well as many other beaches and attractions to suit all tastes which include Tamar Lakes Clovelly RHS Rosemoor The Milky Way Adventure Park and The Big Sheep. Slightly further afield but still within about an hour s drive are the North Devon market town of Barnstaple Dartmoor National Park historic Tintagel and Bodmin Moor making this property an ideal base for exploring some of the highlights of Devon and Cornwall. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen towels electric central heating and wi-fi included. Private spring-water supply. No smoking in the cottage. Location: pub and shop 2 miles beach 10 miles. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with 2 6 beds. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: with vaulted beamed ceilings woodburner (first basket of logs free) hi-fi flatscreen TV/DVD and recording HD box washer/dryer dishwasher microwave and fridge/freezer. Outside: patio area and garden area opposite the pond with all day and evening sunshine. Regret no pets.
