Guests are welcome to enjoy some of the woodland walks that lead from the pond which are stunning throughout the year as the colours change from season to season (children to be supervised at all times). Centrally located near to the Devon/Cornwall border means that this is the ideal property to tour both coasts from the popular English Riviera on the South including Torquay and Paignton to the less commercial north coast offering a wide range of sandy beaches hidden coves and picturesque fishing villages. This converted barn has been finished and equipped to a high standard offering TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious master double with TV/DVD and 1 twin. Shower room: with WC. Lounge/kitchen/diner: open-plan offers flatscreen TV with Freeview DVD and iPod dock. Ample seating around both the dining table and seating area. Kitchen area is equipped with oven hob extractor hood fridge/freezer washer/dryer and microwave. Outside: the spacious large lawn area is adjacent to the enclosed patio with garden furniture BBQ and washing line. Amenities: ample off-road parking.
