Ideally positioned for touring the whole county, there are a wealth of popular attractions to suit all tastes which include rugged Dartmoor with its scenery and wildlife, Launceston Steam Railway, numerous National Trust properties, The Milky Way, and RHS Rosemoor to name but a few. The properties are also a short drive to breathtaking coastlines and popular sandy beaches. In the evenings relax and enjoy the far-reaching views or visit one of the numerous pubs close by serving good food. The holiday accommodation is perfect for families and couples alike in a quiet, rural part of Devon. Farm activities: you are welcome to explore the cattle farm. Leisure facilities: stroll down to the lake and try your hand at fishing. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen and towels included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 15 miles, pub and shop 1.5 miles. This barn conversion adjoins the owner's farmhouse but privacy is assured, offering TWO bedrooms: on the first floor, 1 king-size with en-suite shower and WC and 1 zip-and-link, which can be a twin or a double on request, with en-suite shower over bath and WC. Lounge: stylish and contemporary living area with comfy sofas, TV, Freeview and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer and large storage cupboard. Separate WC. Outside: patio doors leading out from the lounge onto the enclosed decked area with outside seating, BBQ and spectacular views. Amenities: small gravelled area with parking for 3 cars opposite the property and reached by crossing the farm lane. Electric and central heating included. 1 dog welcome, 2 by arrangement.
