The properties are also a short drive to breathtaking coastlines and popular sandy beaches. In the evenings relax and enjoy the far-reaching views or visit one of the numerous pubs close by serving good food. The holiday accommodation is perfect for families and couples alike in a quiet rural part of Devon. Leisure facilities: stroll down to the lake and try your hand at fishing. Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen included. Regret no smoking. Location: beach 15 miles pub and shop 1.5 miles. This barn conversion adjoins the owner s farmhouse but privacy is assured offering TWO bedrooms: on the first floor 1 king-size with en-suite shower and WC and 1 twin with en-suite shower over bath and WC. Lounge: stylish and contemporary living area with comfy sofas TV Freeview and DVD. Kitchen/diner: with cooker microwave fridge/freezer dishwasher washer/dryer and large storage cupboard. Separate WC. Outside: patio doors leading out from the lounge onto the enclosed decked area with outside seating BBQ and countryside views. Amenities: small gravelled area with parking for 3 cars opposite the property and reached by crossing the farm lane. Central heating and electric 30 per week 1 October - 30 April payable direct to owner on arrival. 1 dog welcome 2 small dogs by arrangement.
