The property is suitable for couples and families alike and is an ideal base for exploring the many attractions of the local area including the South West Coastal Path Tamar Lakes National Trust s Dunsland Park along with RHS Garden Rosemoor or enjoy a trip to Lundy Island sailing from nearby Bideford or Ilfracombe. The spectacular Cornwall/North Devon coastline with golden sandy beaches is within easy reach and Bude boasts excellent beaches shopping and leisure facilities together with restaurants bars and coffee shops. The market town of Holsworthy is just over 3 miles from the property and offers traditional countryside shops cafes and pubs. The many family attractions which are well worth a visit include The Milky Way The Big Sheep and Watermouth Castle. A popular 18 hole golf course is a few miles away as well as riding and fishing.
