A short drive leads you to a wealth of excellent surfing beaches such as Westward Ho! with its 2 miles of Blue Flag golden sandy beach as well as numerous hidden coves within striking distance of your door. The popular tourist attractions of Hartland Abbey The Milky Way The Big Sheep the picturesque cobbled streets of Clovelly and much more are all within easy reach and are well worth a visit. This deceptively spacious cottage offers TWO bedrooms: 1 spacious double and 1 twin. Bathroom: with WC located on the first floor with a further shower room with WC located on the ground floor. Lounge: with flatscreen TV DVD and Freeview. Kitchen/diner: with oven halogen hob microwave and dishwasher. Utility: located just off the kitchen with fridge with ice compartment and washing machine. Outside: enclosed rear terraced garden with seating (please note the neighbouring property has right of access through the garden). Amenities: roadside parking usually available or free public car park nearby. Bed linen electric and central heating included. Regret no smoking within the property. 1 well-behaved dog welcome. Location: beach 3 miles shops and pubs in village centre within walking distance.
