Situated in one of South Devon s most popular areas you will be able to stroll and explore the lovely grounds and adjacent woodland or enjoy some delightful country lane walks direct from the property. An ideal position for touring South Devon there are some lovely beaches less than 4 miles away as well as the nearby beaches of Teignmouth Exmouth and Torbay. The wild bird sanctuary and reserve at Dawlish Warren is nearby as is rugged Dartmoor a haven for wildlife wild ponies and more strenuous walks. The cathedral city of Exeter is a short easy drive and offers a range of popular shops and boutiques restaurants theatre cinemas and other leisure facilities. Close by there are other attractions to suit all tastes as well as numerous National Trust properties and gardens. In the evenings you can relax in the lovely gardens enjoy a glass of wine on the patio or visit one of many local family pubs serving good food. Amenities: ample parking. This lovely light and airy detached bungalow has recently been refurbished and is arranged all on the ground-floor and offers THREE bedrooms: 1 king-size with rococo four-poster and 1 double. Further single bedroom. Bathroom: with shower over bath and WC. Lounge/diner: spacious with flatscreen TV DVD Freeview hi-fi and woodburner (first basket of logs included). Breakfast room: with range cooker and dining area. Kitchen: with microwave and coffee maker washing machine dishwasher fridge and freezer. Outside: patio with seating and gas BBQ. Large gardens. Amenities: Wi-fi available. Heating surcharge from October - April 40 per week.
