1 OF 2 PROPERTIES SET WITHIN 0.5 ACRE OF ENCLOSED GARDEN IN A DESIRABLE VILLAGE LOCATION These two detached character cottages are ideally situated and nestle beautifully on the outskirts of the quaint rural village of Jacobstow. Positioned just a mile from the A39, the properties are in the perfect place to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. The popular north Cornwall coast is virtually on your doorstep, boasting locations such as Newquay, the surfing capital of England, Padstow with its picturesque harbour and wealth of restaurants including the renowned Rick Stein, and Tintagel which is steeped in King Arthur's myth and legend, to name but a few. If escapism is what you are looking for, then Bodmin Moor is just a short drive with its breathtaking rugged landscapes, or a walk along one of the many coastal paths and take in the jagged coastline Amenities: ample parking. Bed linen, towels, hair dryer, electric, night storage heating and first basket of logs included. Dogs welcome. Additional info: the owners welcome everyone with a complimentary cream tea. Location: beach 3 miles, shop and pub 1 mile. Arrival: 3pm.The charming accommodation offers TWO bedrooms: 1 master double and 1 twin with views over the garden. Lounge/kitchen/diner: large and perfect for socialising, a wood burner is the focal point, with ample comfy leather sofas, TV, DVD with a selection of DVD's and Freeview. The kitchen/diner area comprises a large pine table, electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, dishwasher and washing machine. Outside: large enclosed garden has a well-maintained grassed area, a covered decked area with seating and table, and benefits from views across the valley or take a stroll through the quaint fairy garden hidden amongst the trees.
