The popular north coast is littered with must-see destinations Tintagel shrouded in the mystery and legend of King Arthur and his Round Table Knights the picture postcard Port Isaac famed as the setting of ITV s Doc Martin and with the picturesque beach and cove of Crackington Haven a short drive. The unspoilt south coast of Cornwall is also a short drive from your doorstep with numerous coves and picturesque fishing villages as well as the home of the Eden Project proclaimed as the eighth wonder. You will also be close to Tamar Otter and Wildlife Park and Launceston Steam Railway. Converted to the highest of standards this annexe offers TWO bedrooms: 1 king-size and 1 twin on the first floor. Bathroom: situated off the lounge luxurious with ample room to relax and unwind with bath shower and WC. Lounge/diner: on the split level ground floor with woodburner (first basket of logs included) leather sofas TV DVD and DAB radio/iPod dock.. Kitchen: reached via 3 steps custom built to fit in with the character of the property with electric cooker dishwasher large fridge freezer microwave and washing machine. Outside: shared enclosed garden with private BBQ area to enjoy a relaxing warm Cornish evening watching the sunset across the valley. Amenities: ample off-road parking available. Bed linen electric central heating and wi-fi. Regret no smoking. 1 medium size dog by arrangement (only allowed downstairs stairgate provided). Location: beach 8 miles shop and pub 5 miles.
